Commonomy is provided by Alon Ben Shalom, an independent developer. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Commonomy.

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Commonomy on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source of the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Everything you put into Commonomy — events, expenses, documents, messages — belongs to you. You grant only the permission needed to operate the service: to store your content, and to show it to the people you have chosen to share it with, such as a connected co-parent or the members of a group you joined.

We do not use your content for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train anyone's models.

Commonomy is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for data loss caused by your device, your network, or a third-party service. Keep your own copies of anything critical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim relating to Commonomy is limited to the amount you paid for it — which, since the app is free, is zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Commonomy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, particularly the content and conduct rules, without notice where the breach is serious.

If you installed Commonomy from the Apple App Store, the following applies:

• This agreement is between you and Alon Ben Shalom only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Commonomy or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for Commonomy.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are the responsibility of the developer.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to Commonomy, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.
• If a third party claims Commonomy infringes their intellectual property, the developer, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and the app will tell you. Continuing to use Commonomy after that means the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
